Sometimes in life we feel stuck or unsure how to move forward. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening in your life and relationships, whether you’re carrying grief, anger, sadness, emotional overwhelm, or simply you want to understand yourself better.
I work in a person-centred way, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, and helping you reconnect with what matters most to you.
I also offer relationship counselling and coaching for individuals, couples including monogamous relationships, consensual non-monogamy and polyamory. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
As a registered osteopath and sacro-cranial therapist, I have a long-standing interest in how emotional pain can manifest in the body, and I bring this holistic perspective into therapy.
I offer face-to-face sessions in central Manchester and online sessions, and a free 15-minute chat is available to see if we’re a good fit.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) – membership number 00989228
Please contact counsellingwithjose@gmail.com with your enquiry.
